H9W Ordering and Shipping Policies
H9W is a Canadian small business passionate about aviation. We’re committed to providing high-quality yet low cost tools / products that make your build / work easier and more efficient.
We accept payments via Moneris online credit card payment gateway, and Canada bank e-transfer ( in CAD only - with a small discount applied ).
All prices are in CAD, and shipping costs are separate.
*In a rare case that your credit card doesn't work on our site payment gateway you can send us an email and we can send you a Paypal link to pay ( 3% Transaction fee applied ).
Processing and Shipping: Orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days of receiving your payment. Delivery charges depend on your location.
Your products will be shipped from Thailand during Oct - Apr , from Canada during May - Sep.
Shipping costs to the US/CA/EU range from $12–40 CAD. Depending on your location and customs processing time, it usually takes about 7–15 days to deliver after shipping.Tracking Your Order: You can track your order using the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email.

Additional Notes:
We currently don't offer self-pickup for orders.
Please double-check your order and invoice upon delivery before signing to confirm everything is correct.
If you provide an incorrect delivery address, we may need to charge an additional fee for any re-delivery attempts.
To reschedule your delivery, please email us at info@h9w-aviation.com at least 2 business days in advance. Otherwise, an administration fee may apply.
Delivery dates and times are estimates only. We cannot be held liable for any delays or damages caused by late deliveries.
Product Availability: We strive to keep our inventory up-to-date, but sometimes items may be out of stock. If this happens, we'll notify you.
Return & Refund Policies
We strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase. However, due to the nature of our products, we handle returns and refunds on a case-by-case basis. If you have any issues with your order, please contact our customer service team, and we'll work with you to find a suitable solution.
- If you need to return an item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order delivery.
Conditions for Return: Items must be in original condition.
Refund Process: Once we receive your returned item, we'll process your refund.

Q: Do you offer COD (Cash on Delivery)?
A: Currently, we offer COD only in Canada, via Canada Post.
Q: Can I transfer money to a US/CA bank account?
A: Yes! Please let us know on the order form when you place your order, and we will send you our account details for the transfer.
Q: Can I pre-order now and pay later?
A: Yes, let us know if that's what you'd like to do on the order form. We will inform you once the order is ready to ship and send you an invoice then.
About Shipping
Q: Can I pick up the product from your location(s)?
A: Currently, we do not have a location for visitors to pick up products. However, if you are in Canada during the summertime ( Jun - Sep ), you can contact us to inquire about our location.

Q: Where are the products shipped from?
A: H9W products are shipped from Thailand in the winter and from Canada in the summer. This is because most of our products' materials and machining are done in Thailand, but our management team travels with the weather and fulfills their important QC role on-site.

A: No, H9W products are currently not certified.
Q: Where are your products made?
A: H9W products' materials are sourced and machined in Thailand, and they are assembled and QC'd by our owner, either in Thailand or Canada, depending on the weather.

A: H9W Aviation believes in making aircraft building and maintenance more accessible and enjoyable. To achieve this, we source high-quality, competitively priced materials and precision machining directly from Thailand. To complement this, our team personally assembles and conducts rigorous quality checks on each and every item, ensuring you get the best value without compromising on quality.
